Refugees crowd into the British zone. Hordes of Germans are streaming into the British zone in Germany across the ''Green frontier'' after being told by the Russians to vacate the Soviet zone. Many of them will have to live in tents this winter. All the British authorities can do is to see that they are under roofs of one sort or another, - but how to feed them?
