The cover shows the 12th SS Hitler-Jugend division in Rots, Normandy, in front of the infamous wall. This picture was made after the tough battle with Canadian troops in this area in June 1944, during D-Day (Operation Overlord). The photo shows the back of SS-Obersturmbannführer Max Wünsche, and on the right side, Rudolf von Ribbentrop (the son of Joachim von Ribbentrop) could be seen.
