Very interesting pre-WWII photo album of the Dutch Adelborst Marine school in Willemsoord, Den Helder. This was the album of Jan Hendrik Schuitema. Before the German invasion of the Netherlands, he worked with the Dutch marines in Rotterdam to work on the Torpedohunter ship Tj. Hiddes. The album contains approximately 110 pictures. It shows party pictures, ceremonies, marches, the visit of the Dutch queen, ships, and more! The Hr.Ms. O13 submarine is also pictured. Interesting for further research.

Een zeer interessant fotoalbum van de Nederlandse marineschool Adelborst in Willemsoord, Den Helder, uit de periode vóór de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Dit album is van Jan Hendrik Schuitema. Vóór de Duitse invasie van Nederland werkte hij bij de Nederlandse mariniers in Rotterdam op het torpedojagerschip Tj. Hiddes. Het album bevat ongeveer 110 foto's. Je ziet er feestfoto's, ceremonies, marsen, het bezoek van de Nederlandse koningin, schepen en meer! Ook de onderzeeër Hr.Ms. O13 is afgebeeld. Interessant voor verder onderzoek.
