By the NSB-publisher NENASU. This is the NSB 10th anniversary book. This one is a hard-to-find black leather deluxe edition. The text inside is identical to the normal published edition. The dustcover is from a second edition, it was found this way, I am not sure if the dustcover is the correct model for the book.

Van NSB-uitgever NENASU. Dit is het NSB-jubileumboek ter ere van het 10-jarig bestaan. Het betreft een zeldzaam verkrijgbare luxe zwartleren editie. De tekst binnenin is identiek aan de normale uitgave. De stofomslag komt van een tweede druk. Het is zo bij elkaar gevonden, het is onbekend of dit van origine bij elkaar gehoord heeft.
